What HemoCue Is Doing for You

September 16, 2020

COVID-19 posed incredible challenges to everyone in healthcare. At HemoCue, we want you to know that we’re in this together. We’re committed to meeting the needs of our customers and partners, while keeping everyone safe.

To do so, we adapted our programs and processes to protect our employees, share information, and ensure you always have access to the HemoCue products and support you need.

Products: Ready and Waiting

In order to provide care, you need HemoCue products at the ready. We made it a priority to maintain the manufacturing and delivery of our products so you can meet the challenges of the pandemic.

We also instituted social distancing and PPE measures across our organization to protect the health and safety of everyone involved with product manufacturing and delivery.

Support: OnCue® Is Here for You

During this uncertain time, you can be confident that your HemoCue OnCue™ Support team is standing by. Online, by phone or via socially distant in-person visits, all the benefits of HemoCue OnCue™ are available to you. This includes:

OnCue-Support-Small_RGB_1000

Your local HemoCue® representative is available via phone, virtually and live for demos with proper PPE and social distancing

Online training is available 24/7 at the HemoCue OnCue™ Education website

Live customer service and technical support teams are working from home and available for calls Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm PST

Communications: New Ways to Connect

Now, more than ever, it’s vital to stay connected and informed. We recently launched a new website that’s designed to help you learn more about our products and easily access HemoCue OnCue™ Support.

We are also live on Twitter and LinkedIn. Connect with us on social media, where we’ll share curated content, product announcements, offers, and much more.

The pandemic showed us how important it is to create resilient processes across our organization so we can fulfill our promises to you, our customers, and partners. Please know that we are here for you now and always. For more information or to get support, please contact us at 1-800-323-1674 or email customerservice@hemocue.com.
