HemoCue America has added a new customer support feature onto our website with the addition of an Order Tracking portal. Customers will now be able to quickly get shipping details and tracking information for their orders.
Introducing the HemoCue Customer Portal

HemoCue America has added a new support feature onto our website with the addition of a Customer Portal. You will now be able to quickly get order details and tracking information for your orders.
To access the portal, just click on ‘Customer Portal’ in the top menu of the website, in the upper right corner.
From there, just enter in your Account Number along with your HemoCue order number or your PO number.
You will immediately get the order details, along with a link to track the shipment or shipments of the item(s) that have been sent.
Clicking the blue tracking links will open up the carrier’s tracking page, with specific details on the transit of your items and an expected delivery date.
The Customer Portal can be used on desktop and mobile devices and is a great tool for keeping informed about your HemoCue products and when you can expect them to arrive.
